I felt like everyone needed this day to recover..everyone has been a little leg weary the last few weeks, which is expected, since we have started some fast speed sessions.. the good thing about it, is everyone has responded about the same, which is a good sign. it's normal to be leg tired at this point.. hopefully this will all pay off in the next few weeks.. they have all been working very hard all season. Now, we have to try and peak for the remainder of the season.. Regionals are 2 weeks away and, we have several events that we can qualify in to advance on to the state meet. we will go pretty ez again tomorrow with some leg turnover, as we prepare for Henderson on Friday evening. We need to run decent, just for a boost of confidence to all. Mentally we have to become stronger, they are almost there at this point on their physical aspect.. I am expecting a great next few weeks.
