Comments:
after the longest break from running ever, I'm trying to get back into the swing of things. just a short run today. my hip/groin twinged a bit but nothing awful. I iced right afterward. I've also been feeling HEALTHY for the past few days which is a good streak for me. my appetite has been better too. hopefully three months of stomach problems are behind me.
so yay summer running!
