Comments:
ran to penncrest, 3 mile "tempo" on the track. felt good and started to cut it down. probably won't run this fast again for a while, but it felt good to move for the first time in 2 1/2 weeks. splits were 5:41, 5:34, 5:22. every 800 was faster than the previous.
