Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
down at the rocky river reservation. Felt like crap, which was no surpise. The 24 hours leading up to the run involved 2 burritos, dehydration, lots of drinking, waking up and then not eating or drinking enough leading up to the run. So all things considered it went about as well as i could have expected given the conditions. Felt very up and down throughout the run but a lot better after i got some iHop and water in me.
