Comments:
had a spectator, cheering squad/timer with me this time.
Chelsey came along and endured the rain while I endured 200-200-400 repeats

NEW PR for the 200 :)
Chelsey asked how fast I "could" do it...
I ran 2 27sec 200s. Which then promptly ended the workout. My lungs weren't 100% from this past cold and I felt horrible afterward and couldn't stop coughing...

In short, I hope to bike that hard this weekend for the TT
