Weather: sunny and pretty warm

Comments:
Warmed up for 70 minutes then did 1800(6:30), 1200(4:03), 1800(6:10), 1200(3:58) all with 30sec rest btw. Felt good--a lot better than the A3s/A1s last week. I especially felt good during the strides just before the workout. Didn't push too hard on them; felt relaxed. Cooled-down for about 7 minutes then immediately went in to the pool and did 20 minutes of pretty relaxed swimming. run was actually like 13.5 miles
