Damn! It was really hot today or at least it felt like it. Because of how I work I have to run only once a day and in singles so I have to run in the afternoon which makes things suck a little but. I think it was around 80 today and I 'm not used to it at all. I tried to stay fairly hydrated during the day but it didn't help how I felt running. Prob a little too fast to start too. Oh well no permant harm done. HR was like 170 when finished so I'll tone it down a little tomorrow and see how it goes.
Streach, Roll, pick 8 abs, Phusups 3 sets 30, 20, I think I maxed out the last one at 15
