Comments:
it was probably in the high 90's today and the wind was virtually nonexistent, thus we did a track workout. needless to say, it was horrible. ended up running ok actually, but it was just plain exhausting. consisted of an 800, 12 200's, and another 800. water breaks between the 800's and between every 4 200's. it was downright rough.
