Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
First run back. Just an easy 35 mins. Ran into Dallas and Megan running down 6th Ave. I double backed and ran with them for 6 blocks or so to his place. Chatted a bit and finished up my run.
Side hip thrusts + press ups seems to have cured my back problems. w00t!
