Comments:
about 8 pm, on the high school course/track. start from the meeting spot to the start line on the course until i got to the track, mile there and back onto the course, did the front loop twice and finished at the start of the band field.
felt really good most of the run, the worst part was the beginning but the discomfort went away. wasn't really pushing the pace at all, just kind of going with it. chose to run at the course today to get on the grass some, and i think it was a very good decision.
