Did the Bike Trail from the fitness center because I also lifted today. Still hot and I'm feeling it again. This 80 degree stuff is not the most fun for me. It just gets me. I should probably slow down until I get more used to it so I'll probably focus on that for the next couple days. The inside of my quads were a little sore but nothing major. Just kinda chilled and got my foot strikes in.
