Weather: HOT still. Youngstown for high school regional track

Comments:
Pretty relaxed run today. Ran with Tyler for his cooldown and then added another couple miles on my own. This kept things pretty under control. It was nice to run with Tyler I haven't in a long time. The 4x8 didn't so that was dissapointing but the sprinters ran pretty well and theres still the open distance events Friday to see if anyone can make it. Pretty sore from the lifting yesterday which is to be expected. I need to eat more protein I've decided so I'm looking into suplements to use starting probably next week.
Streach, Roll, phusups and pick 8 abs after I got back from the meet.
*Time inculdes a pee break that I forgot to stop my watch for
