Did some diffrent lifts than I did last time
Shoulder Press 3x15 with 45
Pretty good this is what I'll keep doing its about right
Bicep curl 3x15 with 45
Again same as shoulder press this works for me and its what I need to do.
Seated Row 3x15 with 90
My back thing. Tried to mimic what I do when I'm on campus. Felt like it worked pretty well.
Lunges 3x20 steps with 30 super set with 50 calf raises
WOrked my legs a little diffrent than Tuesday which was good.
One leg squats 3x10 each
Again working my legs a bit different.
Pce flys 3x15 with 15's with 3x20 seated dips
Changed it up a bit from bench. Whorking the axulilary lifts
