short tempo run

Weather: sunny and hot

Comments:
warmed up first mile with Luke and stretched. First half mile felt fast and i tried to hold it for the next half mile to the turn around spot. Breathed heavy the second mile. First mile 5:45, second 5:56. I thinkin I could have ran another around 6 minute pace and finished a 5k close to 18 minutes. Not bad since it was hot, i was in trainers and it was my first, hard workout.
