(lost my group again on the last one, but I was 9 seconds up on my time so I didn't feel like I gave in at all - hopefully later in the season and I can blow away that interval. I ALMOST lost my group on the third one but I worked really hard to stay there and finished with them exactly, which I was happy about.)
