so nice out, couldn't justify biking in the basement. headed down to turkey hill, stevenson, bike paths through belle sherman, honness lane to snyder hill and down quarry back home. would have been a sweet run... wanted to go to genung but my leg really wasnt feeling it (first time I could feel it on a bike, seat might be to low). stretch, roll, ice, lift (5things, 15 reps, 3 sets) and ibis. still feeling awfully sore, hip is bothering me the most.
