Weather: hot
Comments:
Run with matt, drove to his house, ran in woods, lil hilly but nothing bad, felt ok, legs heavy, was able to run up that hill by his house fine
went and did pull ups, not sure exactly think it was 10 PU, 7 CU, 7 PU, 5 CU, 5 PU
than jogged back to his house, drank ALOT of water was dehydrated the whole run
did lots of core and pushups
core made me feel really good :)
