Weather: warm, but very humid
Comments:
not much problem, I think the thing I think is the last mile of my warm up is longer than a mile, but that's ok, the idea gets across
Full recovery was nice to have, and i felt really good by the time I started each one
the 1200's were quite even. I ran with abbey, but it was mostly just starting at the same time, as I lead by at least a bit the whole time, but maybe having someone running up near me helped keep it even, who knows
