Comments:
Finally a semi not hot run. Ran early before going th D3 nationals. Ran with Nate for the first time in forever which was awsome. Real easy as hes coming back from injury. Heard about his year and stuff. Hopefully he'll get back to where he was when he was in his top form. Other than that not to special of a run. Nationals were fun. Learned a lot about what it takes to win and be All- American in those races. Hopefully that will help me in future years. Got sunburned pretty bad.
