Weather: HOT towpath

Comments:
The heat was back today since I ran in the afternoon. Did the carriage trail off the towpath twice to get some hills in. Also just not feeling that great in general. Dehydraed throughout and just in general not that great of a run. My ipod died on me about a mile in so I just ahd to carry the thing for the rest. Tried some new Gatorade recovery stuff. It was exorbatantly priced though. One flavor was okay and the other was terrible. I'll stick to powders. Forgot that the fitness center closes at like 4 on Sundays to missed the lift which sucks.
