3:30, the heat just seemed to be hanging in the air, but this still wasn't too bad. legs were a little tired to start out but i didn't really notice them after i started until the last half mile or a little more. also had a little knee pain, but in a different spot and a different pain, although i can feel the other one now. both achilles feel a little tight now but no pain really. everything else felt pretty good today.

stretch, 8x30 abs, pushups, roll
