Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Bike Loop plus some more on fields when i got back to penncrest. let loose for 2.5 miles in the middle, all of which was downhill. Ran 5:41 and 5:33 for the two full miles in there which really really surprised me because I felt like I was running fast but really comfortably. I would have expected I was running more like 6 to 6:10 pace. It was downhill I suppose. Either way, legs didn't feel too taxed at the end. achilles is still a bit sore in the mornings, which is why i'm running in the evenings for now.
