Weather: Hot again :(

Comments:
Ran down to Gilman through the Stoney run trail. Ran 4 barefoot striders on the turf with jog back. Actually felt somewhat fast doing them, and it was nice to take off the shoes and stretch the legs out on something quick. Got into a nice rhythm during the run, but had to cross the stream a few times when one side of the stride is overgrown. Way back was more tiring, but I feel like my fitness is coming along.
