Pretty much the same as yesterday. Ran pretty much the same time too. Felt okay nothing major my knees are feeling better. Me and my dad decided that this route is fast because after the second major uphill the whole next mile is downhill which makes things go a lot faster.
Did this after the 800 semi's at NCAA's. The final is gonna be sick.
Streach, roll, Ibsx30 with 10 pushups inbetween
