2 mile warm up
5 mile - 8k Bad race. Went out out too fast, and tried to pace myself against the wrong people. I beat my 5k time last week, but died afterwards. To compound that, I didn't work socks with my spikes because all the cool kids were doing it. That led to me having symetrically huge blisters on both feet. I tore my shoes off after the 5k and ran the last 3k barefoot. Running barefoot is a whole different game. Your body just runs completely different than in shoes, so it slowed me down a lot.
