Comments:
Much Cooler today, and best run yet. I am constantly improving. Well it looks good but I screwed up. The first 10 minute split I missed and actually heard the start of the second interval meaning that I ran for 11 minutes instead of ten. I was feeling ok so I just went to the next split. So I started my week running for 21 minutes instead of 10. Good, Now let's just see how well I recover!
