Comments:
About two miles for the warm-up. A3s--1200s paced at 3:58, 3:57, 3:54, and a 600 at 1:45 or so. Felt okay, but still a little fatigued from Saturday's long run. Cooled down for about an hour and ran pretty fast, at times, because I was upset.
