had to squeeze in a run today at around 4 cause of last minute plans and things, therefore it was insanely hot. ran without a shirt, might have gotten sunburnt lol. kinda wandered around, found that shortcut from shadowbrook to the bike path. i was so dead by the end, it was not good at all. had to walk a few times cause of that. i blame the heat but i mighta just taken it out too fast. GMAPS'ed the run and it turned out to be 6 miles, im very impressed cause i felt incredibly slow at the end. apparantly it wasnt... am i rly this fast even when i feel like complete crap?
