Weather: cooling, dark, low wind

Comments:
this was easily one of my favorite runs ever, I started easy because my recent runs hadn't gone so well, then i picked up the next one a bit, and just went flying on the last four miles. First mile was 7:35, second was 6:45, the rest I forgot to check because they felt so good, it was amazing
One possible reason it went so well could be that I did a lot of "strides" while we were playing ultimate frisbee at the campout
