Comments:
warmed up with the guys who were going to do a hill workout and then i went off and did the rest on trails. didn't want to do the hill workout because i didn't want to pound up and down a hill for 5 miles on pavement when my IT bands were sore already and my achilles is still a bit tight when I wake up. Beautiful run, though.
