about 9:40. changing my sleep pattern to noon-8 instead of 9-5 to allow me to run mornings.

felt really good today, although i had to stop multiple times to fix my shoe. not sure what's up with it but regardless of how i adjust it my foot still hurts a little when i run. i'll try to figure it out. no run tomorrow.

stretch, really need to stop being lazy about abs, but i was just so tired today.
