Comments:
2 Mile Time Trial on the cross country course- 10:36, Im pleased with the effort but not the time. I was to relaxed the first mile and ran around 5:20. So I negative split with about a 5:15. I defintally need to go out faster the first mile.
2 Minute break
500m jog before starting off 3x800 with a 400m jog in between- 2:36, 2:38, 2:38. The 800's were a little longer then 800 meters.
