Weather: very nice, sunny

Comments:
left home about 7:50 on my bike to go to grant to run. i expected diljo to be there with the high school team but didn't expect tricksa to be there but whatever.

went out on my own nice and easy, forgot to figure out where i was going beforehand so i was kind of guessing on where to go to get the distance i wanted. felt good the whole time with the exception of having problems with my foot/shoe again. really need to figure that out.

walked a lap when i got back followed by 6 barefoot strides with a jog back in between.

biked home, thought it was a little longer but ended up being slightly shorter? odd.
