had a little foot mishap on wednesday so I took yesterday off unfortunately. Felt fine today, but the run felt kinda crappy even though it was short. I really really need more consistency with training (only 3-4 runs this week??) Hopefully there will be time in Israel to run!! really excited for summer running monday! (even though I'm only there for 2 days before israel). Itll be nice to have company!
