Comments:
went for a workout today, 6 miles continuous. tried out the energy gu again. stuff works very well. quads were a little sore but not bad. calves a little tight afterward. after first mile i did 3 x 2 min on/offs, 4 x 1 min on offs, and 4 x 30 sec on offs for the middle 4 miles. last mile cool down. ran about a 24:40 4 mile, that's about a 6:09 mile pace. pretty pleased for where i'm at right now. think i'll stick to the 5k this weekend coming up though. disappoints me bc i've grown found of the 10k at sebree.
