Comments:
Really nice day to run. Warm-up 2, then drills, 5 mile tempo on the bike path...then I ran around for 10 minutes to cool-down and came home to do some barefoot running and to run with my brother.
I was very happy with the tempo. Went out in 14:17 and came back in 14:19. I was very happy with the even splits and I was able to finish about how I started. Good workout.
