Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran at teh towpath with Nate for my long run. Pretty dehydrated by the end. At the paces I'm begining to run these long runs I'm going to need to start taking in water somewhere in there because the last 2 miles of this were complete shit. I held it together time wise for the first one. I fell off the second one and I was going downhill fast from there. Not one of my brighter long runs.
