I got the idea of starting a list of core/strength exercises, and I plan on adding a new exercise to the list each day. I got a rope from coach, I'll start a stretching routine as well.

Improve core and flexibility, drop unnecessary weight, get stronger, run faster. Its that simple...but not that easy.
