I like how my runs have been going, I kind of just do whatever I feel. I shouldn't be tired at all, and that's key. I was tired last year, even during the Summer. I let the mileage kick my ass, and that's not happening again. I'll be peaking the mileage later in the season this year to prepare myself for the real races: conference, regionals, and nationals.

Right now, I need to keep taking it easy when I need to and, as usual, pick it up occasionally to keep myself interested. I see the potential, now I need to have the will to get there.
