did a 4 by 1.1 mile workout on a legit loop. it has good hills, good downhills, a bit of flat. ran the first three in one direction, going 6:04, 5:51. 5:47; and the last in the opposite direction, which was more difficult: 5:56. 2 mins rest between repeats.
