Given the instructions: FAST, I decided to experiment a little to see which thing worked best.
1. Normal sprint, 13.60
2. Sprint with shorter, faster strides: 14.20 (on this one, i was a lot less tired after)
3. Normal sprint, 13.80
4. Barefoot sprint, 13.40
