Comments:
Left for my run at 8:40 and got back at 9:09 which means i ran for 29 minutes ~4 miles. It felt very relaxed and at a good pace. I really enjoyed it. I did 3 sets of a wall sets with a ball in between my legs again for an undefined amount of time (just until my vmo hurt). My two longest runs have been in the last two days so tomorrow morning is going to be two miles and at a very relaxed pace. Then 3 and maybe a day off after that.
Oh the reason I called it Nature Run. I saw the usual squirrels and robins, but besides almost getting attacked by a morning dove, I ran 10 feet from a group of 3 bucks ranging from 4-8 points. It was pretty cool!
