first summer hard workout

Comments:
i did the same route as i did last night (goff road) except a little different. i did a 1.6 mile warmup to hickory, then stretched, then did 11*30 sec easy/30sec hard, then 1.6 mile cooldown. the workout part was two laps around the upper/lower drive loop. when i got home, i did 8 min abs and 50 pushups. later im going bike riding and then for a team run at lani's
