Comments:
10 x 430 Hills on 87 this morning. Very cold out! It eventually warmed up a bit though. I had a good workout. On the last one I ran past the crest of the hill for the extra 130m which is flat. I kind of like that at the end of the hill and might add it on starting next week maybe.
After work I lifted, did abs, and swam.
