Comments:
ran on trails for 5 miles and then ran a mile on the track in flats. absolutely destroyed the last half mile, felt great. it was perfect weather again. it starts to warm up tomorrow and that makes me sad. tomorrow will be an easy 4 to cap off the week at 70.
