was going to swim but didnt exactly happen...
wasn't coughing as much... didn't have to pause/slow down for coughing fits which made the run much more enjoyable
started running just before 6pm
hardly got dehydrated at all but it was so HOT! i sweated like a pig! (so hot that i'd probably get too cooled down if i'd stretched before the run...yea not the best idea i guess)
i saw a squashed frog on the trail.. it was really cool! was tempted to stop and examine it but i resisted the temptation
crunch progression (20sec intervals) with 15 crunches in between (total of 45 crunches)...not very hard...
