Comments:
Treadmill-like workout, 2 min easy at 8 min pace then 3 hard. The 3 hard started off fairly easy, around 6 min pace, then gradually worked up to 5:30 pace, then last one was 4 minutes at 5:15ish. Moderate workout, good tune-up
