fartlek with austin and matt/weights

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 1 oclock sunny and hot!!! and humid. at least 95 degrees,

Comments:
we met up at hickory road and then we did a 15 minute warmup and 10*30second hard/30 seconds easy, then a 3 minute cooldown but then we bike back to my house and swam for about 3 hours with austins siblings and matt. im not exactly sure if i got the route perfectly but it is close to what we did: http://www.mapmyrun.com/route/us/ny/corning/137127847277864071
oh and i did weights and 50 pushups. i dont know if i have logged them or not, but i have been doing 50 pushups everyday after runs.
