Comments:
First time on the neighborhood 3 with the GPS. In the past I have worn this route out. Will enjoy having some extra information to make this convenient route more interesting. Mile splits of 8:21, 8:34, and 8:12. The middle has the most hills and is where I am feeling the most uncertain about pushing the pace. Still, fastest on this course for a while. Will try for under 25 in the next weeks. Carried water (10oz) and drank along the way. R. Achilles hurting first mile then no problem.
