8 on Fisher

Comments:
I didn't do my tempo today and instead did a quicker 8 miles on Fisher. I will be back with the tempo next week, but took this week off because of coach's every other week plan..I think i'll do two weeks with a week off. Then I added on when I finished the 8 because I thought i was going to run with my brother but we didn't.

Abs, and i'll lift later on.
